You will then be asked to complete a mail order form. We accept credit card payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Access and Delta cards for mail order transactions. If purchasing by credit card, delivery of goods can only be made to the registered address of the credit card holder. For security reasons this information will be checked with the bank of the credit holder prior to despatch to verify that they match. We can currently only supply products to the UK and Channel Islands. Delivery – Place your order for in-stock items up to 11.30 A.M. Monday to Friday and subject to your credit card being authorised and barring system failure, we will ship on a courier service within 7 Working days. This is part of the standard delivery charge associated with your order and is not a guaranteed service. We advise you to ensure somebody be present at the delivery address since all items are shipped by courier and small parcels via Royal Mail. A signature would be required upon delivery. If no -one is at home the courier or Royal mail will leave a card under your door, enabling you to re-arrange a delivery or for you to pick it up from their local depot. Back order we will contact You if the item is not in stock and you will be asked if you wish to place the item on back order. If so we will back order the item for you. Normally, back order takes 10-14 days, if the manufacturer has the item in stock. Credit Card Security – Security is always a concern whenever online commerce and payments are involved.
